Maradu - The commemorative meeting and nerchasahya of 80th Death Anniversary of Fr George Vakayil held here on Maradu on the 4th November, 2011. Scholarships for 47 students were given on the occasion. Vicar General of Archdiocese of Verapoly Dr. Alex Vadakumthala inaugurated the meeting. Fr Paul Thundiyil presided over.
