Maradu: Free Medical camp conducted at Kundannur A E Charities Hall in connection with the Golden Jubilee celebrations of PSMH Hospital Maradu. About 100 of patients attended. Maradu Co-operative Society president Jayan Master inaugurated the event. The event was conducted in association with Kundannur Cultural and Welfare Association.

Fr George Vakayil 80th Death Anniversary-Maradu - Novembr 4th,2011.

Maradu - The commemorative meeting and nerchasahya of 80th Death Anniversary of Fr George Vakayil held here on Maradu on the 4th November, 2011. Scholarships for 47 students were given on the occasion. Vicar General of Archdiocese of Verapoly Dr. Alex Vadakumthala inaugurated the meeting. Fr Paul Thundiyil presided over. Adv T K Devarajan, Sr Treesa, Fr Joseph Sherin, Adv Sherry J Thomas, Sibi Master, Sr Kevin, Edward Mannaparmbil, Nevis Augustine, Tomy Nedumparambi, James Sooner spoke.

School Health programme conducted by PSM Hospital, Maradu.

Maradu: As part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of PSM Hospital, School Health Programme conducted here on Mangayil High School at Maradu. The programme was conducted as part of the six months programme charted by the Jubilee Committee. The Doctors of PSM Hospital lead the programme. The culmination of the Jubilee Programmes will be held on February 2012.

Death Centenary functions of Rev Fr George Vakayil Started.

Maradu: The Death Centenary functions of Fr George Vakayil started here at St Mary Magdelene Church. The installation of the pandal held last day. The inauguration of the payasam making will start on Saturday, 29th of October 2011. About 30000 devotees will participate in the function, said the General Convenor James Sooner.
